Abstract
This report is a report on the results of Team Coaching and Essential Management Science as a research project to learn from What is the Essence of Coaching by Takeo Saijo and to complete the thesis through observing essences and dialogue. It focuses on team coaching based on the ICF's Team Coaching Core Competencies, uses essential ethology to deepen its understanding, and suggests that team coaching can contribute to the well-being and outcomes of Japanese organizations.
