Abstract

Abdominal emergency in Niigata prefecture is a crisis by lack of a doctor. It increases in patient conveyance to the key hospital where it was left by decrease of gastroenterologist in a circumference area. Staff decrease follows the Niigata University School of Medicine which is main gastroenterologist supply institution. Therefore gastroenterologist in this area is becoming impoverished while having no increase in personnel. There are no fundamental solved starts. It's necessary to take measures so that gastroenterologist can work even a little lengthily.
