This paper describes about the evaluation method of external dose, thyroid dose and deposition by a puff model in emergency. For the health protection analysis of accidental release, the realistic and quick dose evaluation must be performed. Hence, this model is deviced in two points as following; to simulate an accurate flow line, a trajectory is calculated from three-dimensional massconsistent wind field, which is important in complex terrain in Japan, and to reduce the computing time of external dose which needs three-dimensional integration of the concentration, integration is performed by using Monte Carlo method.
For the validation, calculated trajectories were compared with field experiments by using radiotracked balloons, and calculated dose, in the simple flow, were compared with analytic solutions. These tests show that the results were in good agreement.
