Abstract
This note is the investigation report which utilized "gastronomic culture" in Kumamoto and which is related to promotion of sightseeing. The strategy of Kumamoto Tamana is "regional economy cooperation" utilized "gastronomic culture." The strategy of Kumamoto Yamaga is "community-based tourism" utilized "gastronomic culture." The strategy of Kumamoto Asikita is "the experienced type fishery sightseeing" utilized "gastronomic culture." Therefore, the promotion utilized "gastronomic culture" of sightseeing is various forms in Kumamoto.
