Abstract
This paper analyzes that the rural area is blessed with a precook tradition, culture and natural resources to conserve such rural resources in a sustainable manner, since resources of these areas are essential for tourism development. Rural tourism is promising as one of the measures of elimination of disparities between urban and rural areas in China, but it will be considered to be in the framework of the regional activation planning and implementation stags. In this regard, the active involvement of local government would be necessary. In addition, that both the city residents on the demand side of the rural fauvism and rural residents of the supply side third enjoy benefits of success of the rural tourism. In this regard, the role of private sector in tourism development, cooperation is fetching the public and private sectors to form a partnership for the development together with the local residents are also prorogued tinted. Making a system faceting development and research institutions in collation with public and private sectors is required well. If appropriate rural development in China is promoted, it would contribute to regional revitalization and to shrink the gap between urban and rural areas of China. This policy approach in to be censored as contributing to the well-balanced socio economic development of China.
