Abstract

Online social innovation activity in a hybrid-flexible setting was hosted by Kanazawa Institute of Technology from February 22 to 26, 2021, with the participation of students from Kanazawa Institute of Technology (Japan), International College of Technology (Japan), Singapore Polytechnic (Singapore), Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar (Indonesia), and Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics (Vietnam). In this activity, three leaders from students who have already had international exchange experiences acted as planners, managers, and facilitators under educational supports from faculty members. The leaders had guided students and stakeholders who are newly participating in the international collaboration activities, thereby cultivating their abilities and attitude from the viewpoint of global leadership.
