The customary method to analyse the proper discharge of well fails to value the well and aquifer loss. And, the customary method to analyse the well and aquifer loss fails to determine the proper discharge of the well. To overcome the difficulties mentioned a practical method for their simultaneous determination and a new conception for the technical term“ Proper Discharge” is proposed.
