Abstract

In the field of modern architecture, the elevator has become an indispensable means of transport. in order to overcome the existing structure of escalator is complex, large investment, and it not be used for multilayer structure of residential apartments, this article provides a installation used as auxiliary booster type escalator on the basis of the existing multilayer apartment building, with has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, economical and practical features. This paper makes a research and analysis of the electromagnetic theory, According to the structure and operation principle of the permanent magnet linear drive, a dynamic model is established, and making finite element analysis for single permanent magnet of the permanent magnetic actuator, By the calculation and simulation of permanent magnet linear magnetic drive means driving force, obtaining the relationship between the electromagnetic force and the mover. So we get the driving force size of the loading rack suffered during movement. Studies have shown that the principles and design of the drive means is feasible, The analytical methods and calculation results can provide a reference for the structural design and inspection of the propelled escalator.
