Purpose: This study was conducted to clarify the manner of cooperation between care managers and therapists practicing home-visit rehabilitation (physical therapists and occupational therapists). Method: Data were collected from focus group interviews of 10 therapists. The recorded interviews were analyzed using Qualitative Synthesis Method. Result: The manner of their cooperation was the following. They had difficulties in ”aspects of human relations with care managers,” ”aspects of processes of duties with care managers,” and ”security about opportunities for information exchange.” However, they cooperated smoothly in ”aspects of the exchange in the service offer process” and ”aspects of the examination contents in the service offer process,” while receiving ”encouragement from care managers” and ”encouragement from therapists.” Conclusion: This study clarified cooperation-related processes with care managers. The therapists undertook efforts for information exchange and adjustment. Then they pushed forward duties and services smoothly, although they felt underlying dissatisfaction and difficulties.
