Abstract
Analytical transmission electron microscope is now widely used for quantitative chemical analysis of very fine areas. However, problems in the measurements are not seriously discussed and the countermeasures for those problems are left to a user’s care. In the presentation, the focus is placed on examining those problems and sharing the countermeasures for those problems.
