Abstract

Gold occurrences and distributions in the orogenic type Boroo, Gatsuurt and Ulaanbulag deposits in the North Khentei gold belt of Mongolia were studied to recognize paragenetic relation between gold and sulfides. The result is concluded that gold continuously crystallized with ore-forming sulfides, but main gold deposition event took place after sulfide mineralization stage.
