A patient was referred for endodontic treatment in a mandibular first molar and a diagnosis of Irreversible Pulpitis with Normal Periapex was formulated. Preoperative radiographs revealed questionable anatomy. Laser-assisted endodontic treatment was rendered within the root canal configuration under the guidance of CBCT imaging.
