抄録

The purpose is to reveal the process of expanding customers by the foreign subsidiary of automobile parts suppliers based on the case of the automobile industry in Thailand. Some automobile suppliers deal new customers after establishment of factory in Thailand. As a result, there are three types of process of expanding customers, such as head quarter initiative, foreign subsidiary initiative, and head quarter and foreign subsidiary collaboration. And it is necessary for process of expanding customers that head office assignment, support from head quarter, subsidiary choice, and local environment. The head quarter initiative requires head office assignment and local environment. The foreign subsidiary initiative requires subsidiary choice and local environment. The head quarter and foreign subsidiary collaboration requires head office assignment, support from head quarter, and local environment.
