Abstract
A symposium was held with the objective of raising and discussing legal issues
regarding medical treatment and work-balance support, which is promoted as
one of the reforms of working practice. The present symposium mainly focused
on the issues on this support in the medical field, especially written opinions for
worker’s reinstatement as well as legal problems regarding safety consideration
responsibilities and reasonable accommodation on the corporate side. Afterwards,
discussions were held, where the participants in the symposium answered
questions from the facilitator and venue members.
