Abstract
In this paper, we describe the typical approaches of occupational health staff when confronted with challenging cases. It becomes evident in difficult cases that there is no single, definitive answer capable of resolving all the diverse issues that emerge. In such instances, considering various perspectives - including caseness and illness, the viewpoint of reasonable accommodation, internal cooperation within the company, and collaboration with external resources - is more critical than finding ‘one answer.’ It is essential to focus on ‘how to think’ about these issues.
