Abstract

This case involves the plaintiff, X, who was employed by the defendant, Company Y. While X was on leave due to an injury from an accident unrelated to work, Company Y terminated X’s employment upon the expiration of the leave period, citing the conclusion of the employment relationship. The validity of this termination was contested.
