Abstract
The Japan Occupational Safety and Health Resource Center (JOSHRC) is a national network of local OSH centers in Japan established in 1990 and is an OSH NPO equivalent to the UK Hazards Campaign and the US National COSH Network. I would like to share my works and thoughts from my more than 40 years as a grassroots OSH campaigner, including the process of establishing the JOSHRC.
