Abstract
Technological innovations are rapidly advancing in various fields, potentially significantly impacting workers and their environments. This paper explores the future of occupational health in response to these changes from three perspectives. Firstly, it examines the shifts in the positioning and methods of providing occupational health services due to changes in the relationships between organizations and workers. Secondly, it addresses the responses to health issues that arise from changes in workers' work styles. Lastly, it discusses efforts to enhance the effectiveness of occupational health services through the introduction of new technologies.
