Abstract
In general, harassment has been shown to be more likely to affect people who are in vulnerable positions within society and organizations. Freelancers may also be in a situation where they are vulnerable due to their precarious contractual position. This paper presents the results of recent surveys conducted on freelancers and discusses the current status and prospects of anti-harassment policies for freelancers in Japan.
