Abstract
Jupiter is still poorly observed as a target of \meteorology", even after the recent flybys by Cassini and Galileo. Here, we briefly overview currently known features in the atmosphere of Jupiter. Next, the origin of the "Belt-Zone" structure, which is the most prominent feature in the Jupiter's atmosphere, is discussed. Thunderstorms, whose detail are revieled only recently by Galileo and Cassini, may be playing an important role in shaping various Jovian atmospheric motions including the Belt-Zone structure.
