Abstract
Environmental problems get into the news in recent years, and environmental measures and reduction of the negative environment impact in company activities are required. JAPEX considers environment problems as one of the top priority issues and working from various angle to environment. JAPEX is working in order to achieve reduction of the negative environment impact by introducing ISO 14001, Environment Management System.
Environment measures in drilling operation also increase in importance and the implementation of drilling operation in an environmentally friendly way is necessary and indispensable. Due to the high oil price in the last few years, profitability of the existing fields are improved and the redevelopment works increase by reviewing and re-interpreting of the existing production well data and field data. Especially, these works in old field which are existed nearby residential area are required special considerations. The redevelopment works in theses area required reduction on the noise and of other negative environment impact.
