Assignment and Directions of Japanese legal structure in terms of Goal12, SDGs

Abstract

Regarding Japanese legal structure, Goal12（Responsible Production and Consumption） is upholded by act for promotion of long-life quality housing, wastes disposal and public cleansing act, and green contract act. But this nation doesn’t have regulation to make building last longer widely. In the context of that, ECO-TUNING system, created by Ministry of the Environment, is significant. This system shall be the key of realizing SDGs Goal12.
