Abstract
In this report, I mentioned a basic idea about developing the home inspection system in Japan. A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the current condition of a house. Home inspectors describe its physical condition and indicate what components and systems may need major repair or replacement. Through the inspection report; homeowners will be able to learn about the condition of their own homes and how to maintain them. Inspectors are required to perform services based on their knowledge, in regard to how the home's systems and components are intended to function together, as well as why they fail to do. Therefore it is very important for inspectors to develop the education program, which requires training and experience. To get accurate information, it is necessary to obtain an impartial, third-party opinion.
