Tokyo Metropolitan Government made “a guidebook (for single-family house) to buy or sell a house in peace” for the purpose of the citizens dealt with business of resale housing in Tokyo, and promoting the smooth circulation of the resale housing by showing an important matter to confirm and fixing the environment that could buy and sell it in peace.
