Norway is one of the few countries that has integrated non-disabled and disabled sport organizations, and successfully increased the registration number of athletes with disability within the decade or more since 2001. Although the world's first sporting facility specific for the disabled and their activities have previously been reported, there has been a little research into the sporting environment for the disabled under integrated sport organizations. Therefore, this study chose three current Norwegian Paralympic coaches from Boccia, Cross-country skiing, and Ice sledge hockey in order to explore the reality and possibility in developing athletes with disability. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data, and then investigate through interpretive analysis. This case study revealed four categories: connecting with the Olympic Training Center, tendency of financial improvement, national team training, and necessity of obtaining new athletes.
