Abstract
Oahu's Wai'anae district contains the most populous Hawaiian Homesteads in Hawai'i. Recognized as "Hawaiian Land", Wai'anae also embraces broad cultural diversity. By analyzing a cultural revival group in Waia'ane, this presentation sheds new light on how the residents perceive themselves as people of "Hawaiian Land" and at the same time participate in multi-cultural activities.
