Abstract
The social system of "safety and security" covers a wide range of events in a wide range of domains and must be tackled with a variety of knowledge.
The name of the subcommittee of the Society for Collaborative and Competitive Sustainability is "Safety and Security," but why is "safety" the first word in the word order and "security" the second? Isn't the "vested interest" in "safety" getting in the way of a social system that will support "security" in the future?
In this paper, we will look at the thresholds of "safety" and "security" in each industry and discuss the issues in the social system related to the threshold of "security (Anshin)", touching on examples of social issues.
