Abstract

Foreword:In Fiscal year 2020, which is a self-restraint due to COVID-19, we implemented a method of having students write down the lines of the video and output them online to reproduce the video among students, and in FY2021, we implemented a face-to-face class using the same method. Objective:The purpose of this study was to examine the usefulness of transcribing the dialogue from the video, as it was found to improve the learning effect. Method:The subjects were as follows: Group A: No reading (61 students in 2019), Group B: Online reading (55 students in 2020), and Group C: Face-to-face reading (66 students in 2021). Each year’s achievement evaluation chart (1) situational and initial evaluation, (2) mastery of procedures, (3) communication among students, (4) safety management, and (5) time management were compared. Result:For item 1), face-to-face implementation was more effective than online implementation. Although physical activity was more common in the manual and interpersonal skills (items (2) and (3)), a certain effect was observed when Output was introduced. Conclusion:It is thought that the technique was also improved by conducting Output and fully understanding the procedure.
