Abstract

Japan is faced with radical changes of its social paradigm which seems to be not laid yet academically by the impacts from both sides of the wide ranges of the information technology and the rapid growth of the aged population. It is very challenging subject to find out the revaluation of the aged people who are located off the main stream especially in the IT revolutionary society.
