Abstract
Establishment of a good system promotes technology including society and development of economy greatly. The financial liberalization and globalization becomes a global tide, and, with development of information technology innovation, as for the information technology, it is becomes an element of modern financial indispensable basics. In this study I pay attention to that it made light of information technology in Chinese monetary system reform and after having surveyed the present conditions of Chinese financial system and investigate the problems and survey desirable financial system in the future.
