Consideration concerning nationwide trend of municipality portal site and citizens' use realities

Abstract

The nationwide questionnaire survey concerning the municipality computerization of the citizen's standard such as accessibility, usability, and online services of the municipality portal site of the computerization of the municipality was executed. In addition, a specific municipality cooperated, and the use actual condition of the municipality portal site was investigated from the monitor investigation. The problem and the directionality of the municipality portal site were clarified from two investigation results.
