What Web Evolution Brings to Local Website

- A Case Study of "Higashi Net" in Higashi-ku, Nagoya City -

Abstract

With the rapid evolution of web technologies in recent years, the needs of local websites have changed with them. Static Web has been changed into dynamic Web by cooperation with the data base. Real time information can be easily given now to many people by the advent of social media, such as blogs, SNS, and twitter. This research considers how the local websites has so far changed with web evolution from a case study of local website "Higashi Net" in Higashi-ku, Nagoya City, and examines how it will change in the future.
