We have carried out many experiments using an airplane and a drop tower to study the behavior of fish (medaka;
Oryzias latipes) under microgravity. The methods and apparatus used in these microgravity experiments are introduced, with the detailed description of the setup and experimental procedures. An example of the fish behavior during a parabolic flight and its analysis are also shown.
