Abstract
Drop tube process has several advantages. Drop tube process is containerless process with rapid cooling rate. The drop tube process enables solidification in the microgravity condition. In addition, micro order particle is made by drop tube process. Purpose of this research is to analyze effect of microgravity and the relationship between magnetic properties and particle size in CoCr alloy and Co and Ni pure metals that have ferromagnetics at room temperature. Magnetic properties of CoCr produced by drop tube were changed by diameter of sample. It is supposed that this depends on the size and effect of microgaravity.
