Abstract

Japanese society for Musical Arts management was established, and its administration began by a people concerned with College of Music and theaters (halls) which are specifically creative art group and a cultural institutions. "Japan Association for Cultural Economics" and "Japan Association for Arts Management" published the valuable proposal and researches for development of culture art, but the activities of both associations are intended for the general art, and it may be said that efforts to the study the field of musical arts were not always sufficient to date. On the other hand, College of Music bringing up the musician, as a creator, sticks to the conventional education system and is sluggish. I inspect a cultural institution and hall and the actual conditions of the music business while musical art environment changes, and examine the ideal method of new personnel training and consider possibility of College of Music.
