Abstract
Supportive administration in Sapporo City has subsidies of Sapporo Arts Fund, subsidies to arts and cultural companies and other various projects. The expansion of the base is aimed at cooperating with the New City Planning Projects, developing the top by supporting the emphasis centering on Sapporo Symphony Orchestra, even though the supportive administration is reducing every year. However, the supporting projects that pay attention to creative endeavors are few because there is more gravity in the expansion of the base. The approach of the supportive administration is necessary for creative endeavors to improve artistry in the future.
