Abstract
This papaer approached to user requirements definition for software development. Requirements definition is situated at early phase of software development. But all of requirements cannot finish in this phase working. To make progress in the project, decided requirements are appeared on the stage more then re-defined working when we didn’t wish for. How are factors related with changing and amendment requirements? This study is supported a method of controlled factors for requirements definition.
