Abstract
By consumptive inactivation and diversification of customer’s taste, etc., it is becoming a subject important for a supplier to make the opinion of a customer reflect in product development. However, collecting the opinion of a customer by the conventional method using a postcard etc. requires time and cost. Then, Web is expected in product development as the communication tool which connects a supplier and a customer easily and cheaply. This paper studies the product development which takes in the opinion of a customer by utilizing Web in a maker’s position.
