Abstract
In this paper, we propose a system which user can input information for various database using single input form of electronic mail or portable mail. Thereby, we think that user can input information easily regardless of the skill level of computer operation, because they are familiar to use e-mail operation. Also, we think that user can input information whenever and everywhere by using portable mail. In order to confirm the effectiveness of this system, we held the meetings of idea generation as an experiment and investigated the number of the idea input, awareness, and log data of the participants.
