Abstract
Most of contents related to business are communicated with natural language. They are know-how of trial and error procedures, information for cost reduction, answers for questions during decision making and so on. Recent IT environment enables to accumulate them as electronic data naturally. In this study, methods to analyze and categorize document data have been developed using text-mining technology and knowledge map for intellectual capital. Delegate words of each specialty are grouped and located in the two dimensional map. The related words to the document are highlighted in the map. It is possible to visualize the results of document analysis using knowledge-map.
