Abstract
This paper provides the essential relationship between the central problems in organizational learning and systems concepts. The central problems in organizational learning lie in the processes of revising agents’ internal models and sharing them in an organization. These processes are achieved in the elementary four organizational learning loops, which were originally introduced by Argyris and Schon. This paper interprets the four learning loops in terms of systems concepts such as negative feedback, revising processes of individual internal models and second order cybernetics.
