Abstract
Latane has shown a majority increases in number as time in Dynamic Social Impact Theory (DSIT). But fashion or innovation has a reverse process that a minority increases in number as time. Our agent-based simulation assumes two types of agents by two tendencies i.e., pioneer and follower. Pioneers have lower thresholds than followers. Agents behave according to two kinds of influence, i.e., local influence and global influence. A minority can expand under the condition with the small number of followers and initial adopters. When there are enough pioneers, critical mass is observed. Global information amplifies the works of pioneers to expand and has pioneers spread a phenomenon to followers.
