In this report, I will describe various problems on implementations of balanced scorecard. In the system introduction, there are the risks that cannot be introduced well as an information system because some very simple points are confused. In this report, I describe the personal opinion concerning this problem, and explain the effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard as one of management control system.
