There is much study on the project management, however there is little study on the organizational behavior in a project. This study analyzes by measuring from the member's motivation and job satisfaction about the organizational behavior in a project, and aims at finally raising the performance of a project. We developed the measurement framework for the member's motivation and job satisfaction called PS (partner satisfaction), and performed measurement and analysis for about 2000 samples.
