Abstract
Various approaches to Business Process Reengineering(BPR)have been proposed. However most of these approaches did not provide a definite procedural method for organizational change. We proposed a new concept of BPR, named Business Process Engineering(BPE), which is based on a systems engineering approach. In this study, while summarizing our research results about BPE, some topics of future research are considered.
