The description method of information and knowledge about products and supply processes by using Engineering Science Approach

Abstract

Engineering Science Approach (ESA) and "Relationship Sheet" developing from it shows a relationship from customer needs to characteristics of materials, by describing a characteristic of products and specifications of needs based on the physical variables, and by explaining a movement of state transformation in process based on the physical laws. In this paper, we propose the description method of information and knowledge relating to products and its supply process, for material producing and its fabricating, by using ESA and its Relationship Sheet.
