This research is a case study of Tokyo subway sarin poinsoning 1995, which is the first experienced poisoning terrorism for the development by an AUM cult. In the case of Tokyo subway poisoning, ER team and back office team of St.Lukes hospital in Tokyo coped wiht this unexpected event by excellent teamwork. This research is focused on the effectiveness of team efficacy at the crisis moment.
