Abstract
In social climate of low years, each company diversifies employment framework in order to correspond to various situation, and the opportunities when the people work in the distributed work environment have been increasing. In distributed work environment, we are afraid of the lapse in communication because people are limited face-to-face communication. However, by using virtual community with advances in information technologies, it is possible for people to be in communication with each other in the distributed work environment. In this paper, we introduce virtual community on organization of cram school teachers who conducts classes in the distributed classroom. Then, we report about the communications done and the effects in the virtual community.
