Abstract
In order to utilize IT in management, the structures which promote self-investment of employees needs to be incorporated in a company organization. The impact on an organization tier, authority, and remuneration, performance evaluation, etc. were theoretically considered from the viewpoint of human-resources investment.
We developed an empirical study on "the efforts / self-investment for IT practical use" and a factor analysis. The result supports the theoretical conclusions in general. And it became clear that not only "decision-making process clarification", but also "management target", and "performance evaluations" are important for specific human capital.
