The analysis of pictorial symbols on the cell phone

Abstract

In the recent years, the adoption rate of the cell phone is about 68 % and the main utilization of cell phone is to exchange e-mails. We often use the mail exchange on the cell phone on a routine basis. However, it is not enough to analyze the contents of e-mail with pictorial symbols. In this paper, we analyze how to use the e-mail exchange on the cell phone from the aspect of generation, gender, and so on. Moreover, we check out pictorial symbols among students of about twenty ages. From this analyze, we consider that pictorial symbols bounce back between the sender and receiver.
